About Us

Gen-Z for Change Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating and activating young people around the issues that define our lives, from climate and labor to immigrant justice and digital privacy. We build digital tools, host convenings, and produce content that helps Gen-Z understand the systems shaping their lives and gives them the knowledge to organize and take action in their own communities.

As a 501(c)(3), we stay nonpartisan. We don't endorse candidates or get involved in campaigns, and we keep any lobbying limited, as the law requires. Our focus is building the tools and knowledge that help young people advocate for themselves.

We work alongside our sister organization, Gen-Z for Change, a 501(c)(4) that carries out issue advocacy, lobbying, and political engagement. Where the Initiative builds understanding, Gen-Z for Change turns it into pressure and action.
